Cumbrian property firm secures Barrow newbuild
Cumbria estate agents Corrie and Co have been given exclusivity on the new Woodlands development in Barrow.
The company, backed by Choose Cumbria partner Holker Group, have now launched phase one of the development for sale.
The development of three and four bedroom family homes is located just a few minutes’ drive from Barrow town centre.
Sales advisor at Corrie and Co, Rick Holden, said: "We are really proud that we have been selected by Oakmere Homes to head up sales on this development. These homes are sure to bring prosperity and a luxury feel to the area.
"’Help to Buy’ will be an option on all the homes in this development, so they are affordable for younger families looking to move into the area.
"These homes are perfect for families with children as the development is set within walking distance of primary and high schools, as well as Barrow sixth form college."
The building of the development will be led by Oakmere Homes in Kendal.
Mr Holden added: "We share Oakmere’s vision of building a community that enhances the area, and living in a home that you’ll be proud to own."
Corrie and Co have offices in Dalton-in-Furness, Barrow-in-Furness, Ulverston and Millom.
