We need a Technology & Innovation Manager to join our Technology and Innovation team which was launched in 2014 to support our growth plans by creating new business opportunities on a global scale.

A key requirement of this role is:

  • To develop real expertise in moulding fibrous materials for a wide variety of different markets.
  • Introduce new technical capabilities such as high specification tool manufacture, and laser cutting technology.
  • The extensive evaluation and implementation of additional manufacturing hubs globally
  • Research, evaluation and implementation of moulded products using advanced materials

As a vital member of a small but highly motivated team that is pivotal to our strategy of business growth, our ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial materials with an excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and associated technologies, and will be educated to degree level or equivalent.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the determination and drive to investigate and develop new ideas and turn these into tangible results. The ability to positively influence others, and to plan and organise effectively, is also important to this role.
